Fork Service Workshop

I've had several requests from people who cannot make the scheduled dates, for special Fork Service Workshops.

 

The two proposed dates I have are Friday 29 April (morning or afternoon, we can decide) and Saturday 7 May in the morning.

 

These workshops are designed to show you how to service your fork. It is a short (four-hour) session where you'll learn how to disassemble, clean, fix, re-assemble and oil your suspension fork. The course is not intended to give you experience with various types of forks, only your system. You will of course be able to crib off our neighbour who'll have a different type.

 

I'll also show how to do an air-sleeve service on rear shocks.

Cost is R580 in Jhb and R780 in Cape Town and includes refreshments, oil and grease. For your own account is fork seals, should they be required.

I highly recommend this course. My suggestion is send your brother to the course as I did. Then like this recent weekend you can watch him excitedly service your fork while you provide good conversation and drink a beer. Anyways my fork is serviced and working excellently.

7th and 8th May is the Honda Trophy, so I can't make that

Can't make either dates unfortunately. Out of interest: How many attendees are required to make it worthwhile for you to travel to Sabie to present a course?
