i seriously think bruce has a tapeworm or something - you should see the amount of carrot cake he consumes just after a ride - enough to feed a whole cycling team - and he still manages to keep 4% body fat!

saying the VA start was fierce is a bit of an understatement!  nobody even told me that there was hotspot just before we get onto the highway!

i think half the group got shelled before we hit the Mandela bridge & the final blow happened going up Witkoppen.
