Wild Card

Haven't done this before...

 

Looking at the Wild Card options for use in the Western Cape.

 

Assume that Tokai is SANPark, Everywhere else being Cape Nature?

 

What does the "ALL PARK" option allow?

Have you checked the Wildcard Site? They have a comprehensive list of Parks. Why don't you get the "ALL PARKS" National package? It's only R40 more than the Western Cape Package. You might be in another province and could get a few discounts, evn at Kruger National Park. You might find yourself in another province sometime in that Calendar year, and you might be kicking yourself for not getting the full national package. LOL

 

Just be warned that They SUCK at getting your "Wildcard" to you. I paid in January, and have to date not received my "wildcard". their customer service is PATHETIC, with no definitive answer about when I'll receive my Card. All I nget is "The first batch of cards were posted". Thats the only respose I got in March, April, and May.

You could buy it at one of the entry points afaik....if you go to national parks regularly it is an absolute win

Ok so, then whats the different between the "All Parks" and "International All Parks"

 

Is the International for non-SA resident.

The All parks international includes some of the parks in neighboring countries, not too sure which though

Also keep in mind that you have to ask for the "cycling activity" to be added to your basic wild card, or you will still have to pay at Tokai. I think it costs R200 extra per year. Still worth it, but unless you plan to visit other parks more than occasionally, opt for the cheapest possible option. If you laster decide to, you can upgrade your card to include other parks/provinces etc. Purely for cycling at Tokai, get the cheapest you can find.
