Possibly stolen Bulls hardtail

I Was at Snoekies in hout bay yesterday and i saw a dodgy looking chap riding a beautiful Bulls hardtail with american classic wheels. Obviuosly thingd didnt look kosher from my perspective so If anyone had a bike like this and it was stolen head to snoekies he was riding around near the lookout deck restaurant chatting to the fishermen.

Bulls Hardtail could be Bakkies Botha, he has been called manyother names as well.
