I'm keen. Please PM e the details.

Practiced yoga couple of years as a last resort for back pain I experienced while cycling. Pain was gone a month after starting PLUS I lost weight and gained major core strength. ALL good.

Yeah i have a back injury from Judo that i got many many moons back, did pilates we have physio downstairs and had enough cyclists to start a cycling specific class to strengthen core muscles, And within a couple of weeks my backpain stopped. Had to cancel that class for a bit and back pain back again :(

I have only done two sessions, so can't comment yet. Sure feels as if it is working some muscles I didn't know existed.

Wait till you hit the intermediate and advanced stuff, :) and the pain only comes 2 days later lol.
