I shouted your name to another guy in Vanezia squad kit the DC, he was like "No he's in another team" - I felt pretty dumb at that stage.

I'm in A WH, so I'll be trying to catch you lol! After my DC performance (dropping out @ 110k's) I'm glad I'm not riding Elites...

I just hope I can get over the 202km I did last week.  Maybe dropping out was the wise thing to do for Die Burger!

Bru even up the first climb (Tradouws), my team-mates were asking me if I was going to die or not because apparently I was so white!

 

It's cause I was sick for two weeks before the event so I'm not exactly fit...

 

How many K's did you drop out?

Nah, sorry, I meant YOU dropping out was maybe a good idea!  I had a 202k training ride (social DC team!), so hopefully I will be able to recover quite well before Sunday after my 7:24 DC cruise.

A mate of mine in one of those orange tiger suits developed gyppo guts after Montagu and spent 3 sessions on the bog in Ashton.  Looks like there was a bug going around.  The stories he told me....
