CHAINGUIDE!!!

the chain isn't routed through the top portion of the guide

yes, the guide goes over the chain instead of the chain running through it.

TOP FUEL almost gets it ... and PATCHES nails it ...

The chain guide is rotated too far top forward and the chain has been assembled so that it doesnt go through the guide ... WTF ... you gotta love a FRIDAY BIKE ...

Well done guys ... so the conclusion is that The Hub is obviously FULL OF MTB NERDS! :P :P :P :P

hahaha! yup! I'll admit that I'm a MTB nerd. From setting up my own chainguides, I now spot a wrong setup from a mile away. I guess it stands out like a sore thumb to us DHers like a 26" wheel to a 29er groupie

Seatpost is back to front.

good spotting Mamps!

that rear bolt seems as tight as it can go, and the front loots like it's just about to loosen it's way out

Ok so the issues are ...

1) no valves ???

2) the front disc rotor is too small for the caliper adaptor

3) the chain is incorrectly fitted as it doesnt go through the chain guide!
