Anyone know how to upload pics onto thehub using an ipad or iphone. It doesnt allow you to make a file selection. Even tried the copy and paste but doesnt work.

Same problem here. But it is not only TheHub. Also have the same problem with ODP and other forums.

I don't think the forum software was written to handle the iDevices.

Upload picks to Picasa or DropBox and try to share like that.... That might work, then you just need the web address and Bob is your uncle.

iOS devices don't provide browser-based access to the file system. This kind of access is restricted to apps only at this stage.

So you're only option is to use an app for a service like Twitpic or Flickr, and then post the URL to the image in your post.

It's the best thing about iOS, the sandboxed browser.

Is there a cut and paste function for text with my Ipad? If so, how do you use it ?

double click and drag over the text you wanna select... IE to select the previous sentance, you'd double click the word "double" and then drag the little blue indicator until "select". Then tap once on ur selection and you'll see the options to copy/cut etc.
