Best bike computer / HRM for R1k?

What's the best bike computer (preferably with heart rate monitor) goifn fro around R1000?  Ability to transfer training data to a PC for logging and analysis would be nice too.

 

Is the Polar CS100 any good?

Blackburn Delphi 5.0 Got mine for 700 from Westdene. Ok, so it wont transfer to PC, but I can take the info and put it in manually. And it does everything else really well.

Doubt you get something at 1K ZA Rond that transfers to PC succesfully!

you can alway buy my out of date S520 for R800 so that i can buy that stunning S720x from tazman!!
