Enticement Posted October 7, 2011 Share Imagine having 30 hours free to cycle every week... Its a matter of "self management" and not "time management"! You actually have 3 types of time/spaces at hand: 1) Time with your family; 2) Time at your job; and 3) Time you spend on yourself. Id time that it labeled as grey time - not belonging to any of these 3 spaces and use more of that for training. Example, if you can use time to work and back for training sessions instead of sitting in your car. Furthermore, you cannot start with having 30 hours available but "grow" into that by adding 30 minutes to a training session - that equates to 3 hours a week extra.
