Iron Posted November 4, 2011 Share Are you riding with a back pack ? if the saddle setup is of it will agravate the situation because of the extra weight ( on your ass ) . dont worry , you will get use to it and it will ease. twiga Posted November 4, 2011 Share If your saddle isn't set up correctly, then: yes, and no.Is your saddle perfectly horizontal or pointing upwards? My saddle is perfectly horizontal. The pain has since subsided *weird*, as long as I know my nuts aren't going to fall off I'll stand the pain.

twiga Posted November 4, 2011 Share But, if it's numb (from pinched nerves while on the saddle), will I notice if the blood supply has been constricted?
Iron Posted November 4, 2011 Share But, if it's numb (from pinched nerves while on the saddle), will I notice if the blood supply has been constricted? Pinched nerve = numb / pins and needles feeling Loss of blood for a short while = pain that will subside Loss of blood and twist of blood vessel = horrific pain / loss of nut !! ( this is not too common though ) Dont stress , get the saddle setup checked . Edited November 4, 2011 by Iron

davetapson Posted November 4, 2011 Share Maybe stand and pedal every now and then to allow some blood flow back where it is needed?
