Hi

I looking for a formula, what measurements to take or how to go about to dtermine your frame size? Will the measurements differ for road and mtb bike?

Wont be able to get on the bike itself though.

Thanx

I find this works. You can search the forums here for more options. Alternatively pop into a well known national cycle retailer for a computerised one with a printout of options for around R250

You can easily find the conversion rate with google but I suggest you go to someone that can do a proper fitment for you. Frame size is one thing bat there is actually a lot of other things to consider as well like stem length and handlebar width (more applicable to road bikes). Bikes have different top tube lengths and you might have a relatively short/long torso compared to your legs that might mean that the stock standard stem/bras etc would not work for you.

I suggest you contact http://www.cyclefit.co.za/ if you stay in JHB
