Specialized Carve Comp MTB

Hi. I really wanted to buy the Scott Scale comp 29er but nobody has got stock and the first shipment is only in January. I can however get the Specialized Carve Comp for a little bit more.

 

I haven't really done any research on the frame and stuff so I need some advise

A friend of mine also wanted a Scott 29er but ended up getting something else (Trek Cobia) because of Scott's unavailability.
