So Tread mag is having a little lap time competition on Twitter @ the Bryanston cycle park....

 

The lap is as follows:

 

Start

 

Up "Wind er up"

Down "Corkscrew"

Up "Wind er up"

Down "Green Mile"

Finishline at start of Wind er up

 

I suggest that we all take part and give it a go....

I'm going to do my lap ASAP to see where my SS and I fit in....I'll also upload to Strava and create the segment, unless someone beats me to it....

I managed 15:58 the other day ... The start/finish is at the wooden planks just before "wind er up" ...

 

And take the short route through "Green Mile" ...

 

Going to have to work on my time .... the record is just under 8 minutes if I remember correctly

Having never ridden at the park, how is the lap ? Hilly, rocky, flowing etc ?

Flowing singletrack and berms, they are green/easy routes so it is a lot of fun!

I clocked 8min05sec this afternoon....what fun - my heart rate went up to 188bpm!!! (single speed will do that to ya)
