I rode my bike 2 hours, spent an hour with my daugfhter then came to work... get up earlier :P

Usually up at 04:30 to ride before work!

Never on weekends though! they are designed for "resting"

Sitting at my desk, Just finished a coffee and most importantly a Crispy bacon egg and cheese toasted wholewheat sarmie.

But .... I am going to Jonkershoek for a ride with "the wife" late this afternoon and then yes boys I am going to Oak Vallley with the boys bright and early on Sunday am to ride the incredibly smooth and orgasmic trails that they have on offer.

So to sum it up its as simple as 1,2,3

  1. Work
  2. ride with the wife
  3. ride and play with the boys

Weekends are the best time to get up early:

  1. Makes weekends longer
  2. Nobody else on the road so it feels like road closure
  3. nobody in your way on the singletracks
  4. get home early and impress the wife to score points for later
