When I phone in to my LBS, I do not even have to say who is speaking, MARC always knows (CAPE TOWN CYCLES, BRACKENFELL).

I go there just to chew the fat with him, talk about any crap. Treats me like his best customer (which I'm not), but then he treats everybody like he/she is going to spend a bundle there.

Get all my stuff at him at below his sticker price. Knows both his road and mtb components. He services the bikes himself, right first time, everytime, etc, etc.
