MTN cycle park

Hi,

I'm getting myself back int the MTB scene after many years off (professionally social rider) and am curious about what is happening at the cycle park on Main rd.

I popped onto the website, but I don't see any activity that seems to have a recent date, is it all good there?

hey Rich,

the cycle park is cool for an afternoon or early morning skill building session, honestly not enough track to get a decent workout but very good to improve skills, a word of caution though, stick to the track suited to your skill level as you could kill yourself when out of your depth. ok that may be a bit strong but you get the gist.

thats my humble 2000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 zim dollars any way. enjoy the park if you do go through.

Thanks, pity they don't keep the website up to date.

Trust me, I'm going to start on the very easy stuff, like the parking lot... I'm so badly out of shape and recovering from an operation.

good fun, not intended for 50km rides, but great technical play ground.

I was there today and the trails have been cleared nicely.

Its a little slippery in places due to the sand but otherwise its good fun.

you can do all the training you need there.

I personally think they need some more "Fun" stuff

I managed the black route Rollercoaster on my cyclocross bike. I s**t myself doing it, though! More enjoyable on an MTB.
