I pm'ed Adrian a couple of weeksago to ask for advice on my beloved Fluid 2 trainer that had started making awhining noise whenever I pedaled. I've had the unit for two years and I was simply expecting some technicaladvice on how to stop the noise, but instead he just asked me for my addressand sent me a brand spanking new resistance unit that I received this morning.I know the unit has a lifetime warranty, but in this day and age I alwaysassume there is a ten page disclaimer attached to it. Also bear in mind that hesent this at the worst time of the year when everyone else is on leave. So thumbs up to Adrian and I hope you all go out and buy Fluid 2's (orPowerTaps) from him tomorrow. Always willing to help and make sure you satisfied, even if it's the smallest thing, Adrian is there to solve it and quickly.So yeah thumbs up Screw Zuma!
