Mine is from a lifestyle change and make no mistake...i will be able to sustain what I am doing once I reach my target weight(not sure what that is). I will know when I have no more blubber to pinch around my gut.
Grebel Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 As I see it, Phedra Cut shouldn't be part of the lifestyle. It should merely be a tool to attain a goal in a shortened period of time. There after, as long as you maintain a certain lifestyle, it should be relatively easy to maintain your weight.
stringbean Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 I'm an ultimate weightweenie.I've calculated that only really need one of my kidneys,and i think i can get by with only 6 teeth in my mouth.That should give me a saving of obout 1 lb.Now to find someone willing to remove those items i don't need.
