The twincam has a little breaklight wing on top of the boot, was wondering which of the clip on boot racks would be best for this car.

Rack taking 2 bicycles will be fine, ty for any advice and info.

If you have standard framed bikes a towbar mounted Geoff or Holdfast will suffice. plastic frames or duallies you will have to look at other options

If you really want a clipon the spoiler on the Tazz will have to go

Ty Oom for info. Towbar will be last option , company car that a driver still has to use for deliveries . Have FS and HT bikes , so must fit both.

The thule bike rack that uses the straps... I cant find it on their site... We used it, by feeding the straps in between the boot lid of the conquest and the spoiler and then to the carrier... otherwise you could try the Thule Clip on 903, but then if you feed it trough in between the car and spoiler, you may damage the spoiler... their site: http://www.thule.com/en-GB/ZA/Products/Bike-Carriers/RearDoor/Thule-ClipOn-9103

Otherwise, just have a lookout for "strapped" carriers...

Have a look at Saris bike racks, www.bicyclepower.co.za

Buzz do cheapish racks that fit any hatch.

Ty Danger and Tumble for the help and replies  , was hoping some 1 would have had experience with the same car, so that i could avoid going to more then 1 LBS trying different ones on the car to see which works, but seems RooiWIllie may have saved me some navorsing

Sorry dude, don't have the conquest any more... But I just lifted the spoiler from the back with my hand (on the inside, pressing upward - not too hard), and then fed the strap through from the front.

I cant get any links to the rack, but it was something like this:

Saris Bones, has a variey of adjustments and will fit easily. I have a two bike one, and I know someone with a three bike rack. Both used from Jhb to Dbn and no problems with stability or any other issues. Only thing is the plastic nuts do tend to start to strip after a while, but they cost like R25 each, and bike shops do stock them.
