CW Cycles: Excellent Service

Just a big shout out to CWC. I placed an order for a Fulcrum wheelset, but when they arrived (after just a couple of days) the rear wheel clearly had a spoke nipple rattling around inside the rim. This noise would have driven me mad, so I phoned them to find out about a replacement. They first recommended a local mechanic who couldn't solve the issue, and then went out of their way to ensure that I got replacement wheels with the least disruption to my life.

 

Louis from CWC also kept in close contact via email and phone calls to ensure that my issue was solved.

 

Thanks again to the guys at CWC. You will definitely be seeing me again.
