CYCLESURE AND AWESOME SERVICE

A client of mine was involved in the accident that took place on Hospital bend.His bicycle was a total write off.Claim form was submitted today to Cyclesure at 09h33.At 12h33 I was sent a Release form by Cyclesure in the amount of R26.812.50.Claim settled.Well done Cyclesure you have out done yourselves.Riccardo Stermin

Well that depends... what was the bike insured for. In my experience, cyclesure ALWAYS try and underpay

I have also had a very good experience dealing with cyclesure recently. They paid out in full, and the whole process was painless and very quick.

When I was insured through Cyclesure and claimed they delayed week after week using flimsier and flimsier excuses.

 

Eventually they paid (after about 3 months I think) the right amount but made me feel like a criminal not a customer.

 

They will never see my money again.

Yip. Ricardo is a broker but he is also seasoned cyclist. He always puts his clients first.
