Since you are in GP I would recommend Breedts at least once every weekend just to get used to long days in the saddle and some real hills. Spinning about 3 times during the week if riding is not possible. With a couple of weeks to go do Breedts on Sat & Sun. Drink beer in between. Doing the above should make you fighting fit.

ive heard much about breedts.. where exactly is it?

as for spinning and gym, i got that covered.. current weekend rides are 50 sat and 40 sun, will step it up

My training has suddenly come off the rails ... Koeberg is closed for security reasons, and this morning I awoke with heavy flu which I've been fighting off since Saturday. Flu in March??? :cursing: :cursing:
