I wanted a Dual link 6 a while back, they would'nt supply me a bike through my lbs cause he's not an agent.

I phoned Victor & he refused to supply me a bike through them, said i should buy 1 in bloem ( what's the effing point )

They didn't wanna water down their brand & wot wot bull$**t. I't would have been the 1st Momsen in the area

& i know a lot of my club mates were keen on 1 but wanted to see mine first.

Put a bitter taste in my mouth so sometimes local not so lekka!!!!

Loving My Spark 29er though, thay had no k@k selling me a bike.

I can't buy a Scott from my LBS as they are not stockists. Nor GT, Mongoose, Pivot, Morewood and so on and so on. It's nothing new. That's the way the trade works. Deal with it.

The machining on that Momsen seatpost is a beaut.

I met Mr Momsen at the Expo. Cool guy.

Friend of mine had an issue with a momsen frame, but he is sorting it out through his LBS.

We are agents for Momsen in Durban - you can't beat Momsen with value for Money - Victor has left nothing off when he specd the bikes - on the AL729 for example he has even put ICE rotors on these bikes (about R600 each)- full XT and ZTR crest wheels for 20k - most makes of bikes have a 20K 29r but they take short cuts to get to the 20k price point EG Elxir brakes and or cheap wheels and even sometime skimp on the fork.

Just on the Dual Sus bikes - there have been a few issues with the frame and they are all on hold at the moment until Momsen sort the problem out

Got my wife the AL-729 in December and shortly after I ordered myself one too. Sold the Zula. Good value for money. Got the wheels rebuilt with lighter spokes and nipples too.

Just heard from my friend with the funky momsen. Frame is being warranteed. Reassuring peace of mind. Especially after the local giant agents didn't have stock to help me out when my frame cracked.
