Groenies Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 I ordered a couple of things from Chainreactioncycles and they ended up sending me the wrong size Racing Ralphs, 29 vs 26. After I notified them, they sent me the correct size at their cost and said I could keep the ones they sent in error. How is that for great service!

When stuff are wrong/damaged they make a big effort to ensure that the customer wins out of the situation.
