Hi Hubbers

Im quite new to the whole timing chip usage at races, especially when it comes to different chips at different races. Can someone tell me if it is required of you to have the same chip as the company that does the timming? This will come over as a dummy question, but maybe I will now for sure.

Thanks guys!

Most road races in Gauteng are timed either by Racetec or Championchip, you cannot use one type to race in another so would need both.

MTB races SS timing with a few others as well.
