He has an exemption certificate from the UCI for a "naturally" high hb level. Ashenden reckons his blood values from the GT wins are way out of sync with the results of the extensive testing UCI did on him to grant him the certificate in the first place. Oh Okay So much the same as all the rest then I assume.?
