I can't remember when last I had anti-biotics or when last I had full-blown flu. A minor cold about once a year is as bad as it gets for me.

Concerning the side effects, two doctors and a chemist whose advice I always take all confirmed that you should not have any major ones - the first time I got the shot I thought I was coming down with the flu, turned out I was.

 

Been getting the shot for 5 years and never looked back. Just be cautious about all the old wives tales and urban legends about the shot, speak to your doctor / chemist if you have doubts.

I had my first flu shot three week ago. So far no problems at all.

Also having vitB injections as well.

Feeling very good, hope it continues
