I want to do the 100 miller on the 26 of may, and I'm just wondering if I'm on the right path. I do 40km 2 times a week and try to ride over weekends. Have done 1, 100km ride, but was on the tar(with nobelies). Do football 3 times a week so think I've also got cross training covered?

 

My question is thus, I'm I practising enough? And if not, how can I step it up now and will I be fit enough to finish the 100 miller in a reasonable time?

Look at past results and try and estimate what your time might be. Try and do a couple of rides which is about 75-85% of the time you are expecting to be on the bike that day.

 

Useless to try ride as much as you can at this stage. You will just end up injured, sick or gatvol
