WTF is up (or should i say down) with that stem!!! Thats hideous - if you are that small that you need to be doing that, you shouldnt be on a 29er

Most of the ladies bikes have super negative stems. One had a adjustable stem that almost faced strait down.

next thing you will see the chicks all riding with BMX-inspired stem pads for safety so that they dont smash their gooch on a "super high" stickyout stem clamp. ....

That stem almost looks like one of those el-cheapo stems the ballies put on their beachfront cruisers to raise their bars just turned upside down.

I was thinking the same thing when i saw some of the mens bikes. The shorter guys also ride those stems.

hmmm.... 29ers, all of them? so the 16/20/24/26/27.5/29 wheel size thing really IS a function of rider size... WOW, who would have thought!

I saw 2 strange things yesterday and both were 29ers.One guy going hell for leather on the long downhill and when he braked he had about 10-12 spokes break off the hub.The other was a guy on a short steep hill and when he braked all his disc bolts broke off the hub...not sure if he had all 6 on though.
