I'm sure they are!! I've never had a PA personally, so I would be under correction!

 

However, back to the topic...Does MICH feel more enlightened as to her cycling prowess?!

jeez mich ran away screaming at the way this going, but post was hijacked by some lunatics :)

defently makes sence, going to get my seating checked out,

and start saving for proper cleats and shoes

Mich, you'll get sorted...its definately worth the money & a trip to a shop like CycleLab for a set-up.

shoes and pedals can be very expensive, but be on the look-out. you never know where a really good special might pop-up.

[/quote']My comment about the elbow and knee pads was a tad tongue in cheek but the rest about riding around the garden wasn't. I've done it with my fiance and I've seen wives of other guys swear bloody murder at them while riding around in granny gear unable to unclip - with them running behind (no names mentioned). LOL

My fiance rode them a couple of times until she decided they were too small.
