29er HT Build or Buy?

I've built up 3 bikes in the past few months for myself. Not only is it pretty satisfying, but then you get exactly what you want for your money. Any pre-built bike at your lbs, will probably need some upgrades to your liking, so at the end of the day, cost should be quite similar. Saying that though, if you shop around for parts, there are some real bargains to be had.
