Carbon frames and IDT's...

So I bought an IDT last year when I was using an aluminium framed bike to practice on. I have sold that off and bought a carbon framed steed. I'm now concerned that I might damage the frame (as per the store where i bought the frame).

 

Is it safe to put a carbon frame bike on an IDT or not?
