If anything I would not deal with you.How can you ride the bike for 6 weeks and then try and claim refund for a crack that would have been picked up in the build.I think you are taking a chance. Guy came past i looked it over, seemed ok few scratches here & there.Setup the bike 2 days later noticed fatigue /stress cracks along the weld where seat tube meets top tube.Phoned the guy didnt seem bothered that the bike could have separated on me.So just bit my lip & took the hit, as i had looked over the bike & paid cash.Obviously was a fatigued frame & he sold just before it collapsed.So my word against his ,left it @ that.If i see him walking around will be my fist against his jaw & will leave it @ that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
