From someone that works in recruitment - go and study! (Cycling is expensive and althought you might get demo models or discounts working at a bike shop you wont afford much else)

 

From someone that is from East London - move immediately

As in avocation / job. Not "as a professional". BSC (Hons) Chemistry - custom sprays motorbikes. Lawyer writing advertising copy. Industrial Designer owns a bike shop. 2 Marine Biologists in advertising and marketing. Etc, etc.

Yes and no - a lot of people move away from their studies particulaly when studies where general like a Bcom. Where as some people pursue studies that will give them only skills for something very specific. Point is - even if you dont ultimately do what you studies a degree is a non negotiable for most decent (well paid) jobs.
