I have full Fox suspension on my bike and i am curious to know what is actually done to the fork and shock when you take your suspension in for a service? and how much can i expect to pay more or less for a service? and how important is it?

MSC charge +- R250 per suspention item (per fork or rear shock). But it depends if they need to replace seals etc.
