Two trees would be ok for a weekday but they don’t have the staff or process to handle any significant volumes, had to stand in the queue to pay the bill. At least they could do is separate ordering and paying processes.

 

Also I can really recommend avoiding the French toast like the plague, on the flip side, the triple hot chocolate is amazing.

Agreed on how crap they are!! Yet they have a captive market and a potential goldmine!! Typical.................

As we discussed - it's a pity you can't have a few tables outside on the grass by your enterance..Selling muffins & coffee...

 

Maybe show the owner these comments posted above and give her a wakeup call...

I actually want to make her a offer to buy the place.

 

The owners are useless, and they don't even know there target market.

 

They had a art show going on over the weekend, I really don't feel like buying art after I just did 40km at Rietvlei.

 

I would've rather had 32GI or PVM doing sampling or had Anatomic have a expo there of their clothes. Their biggest market is the mountain bikers that flock there every weekend, but what do they do for us.

i was there this weekend. The food is great! Myself and my mates really enjoy stopping there after riding a few laps at Rietvlei. This weekend was the first time i experienced bad service.

We were there on Saturday and it was fine. On time, plates of food covered with plastic domes to kerp warm and it did not take long. No complaints..

No one, legit.. They even have a sign stating that things might take a little longer at peak times and that you must relax and enjoy the fresh air...
