Sorry when you been racing for almost 30 years and never taken any substance but still have 3 sub 2h30 Argus cycle tour to your name for argument sake - Why would you wish to damage your reputation?

Other than the stated potential Methylhexanamine side effects of headache, nausea, and stroke?

Wikipeadia:

"In February 2012, the deaths of two US soldiers who collapsed during physical training in preceding months prompted a military investigation of the popular bodybuilding supplement that was found in their systems. This prompted the Department of Defense to pull products containing methylhexaneamine from on-base store shelves pending an investigation"

WebMD: It has also been banned in New Zealand. Its use has been linked to several reports of serious, life-threatening side effects.

But who cares about that? If it 'wakes you up' all is well! I'm sure it does not hurt as acutely as shaking your head so your ears can smack you across the face

Over dosing on paracetomol can kill you. There are side effects on every product you can buy over the counter at the pharamacy, that all state many crazy things that could happen to you, and will if you take too much of it. The articles listed above don't say how much the guys took. You could take 10 pando's, have kidney failure and die, but that doesn't stop you from taking paracetomol.

Neither do we know the dosages the OP takes.

Paracetamol/pain killers / anti-inflammatories, heck even iron supplements, actually anything (especially man made simulations) should ONLY be taken for the stated purpose, and never continuously.

Now, the active ingredient was patented to be used as a decongestant, never used but not other use was found for it.

Why play dice with your life?

Can forever argue semantics, but if it comes out of a factory it is most probably not good to put in your mouth on a regular basis!
