The guy wants help - not a reason to stop MTB'ing!!!!! Don't let T-dawg get his claws into new guys starting out..........

 

Oh yeah, get youself a bike computer, nothing worse than having to rely on other guys telling you how far still to go. If you can afford a GPS one then even better.

Adidas are gonna be your most cost effective route for prescription lenses.(there are a few threads about this, so try out the search function)

 

The prescription inserts are not that great in my opinion, they get misted up pretty quickly, rather go for the full lens prescription.

 

Otherwise you need to try out contacts lenses.

 

I ride with contact lenses and haven't had a problem yet!

I tried that route, just cannot do contacts, wish I could though.

I used to use contacts but come winter it's just so dusty here that you literally eat the dust, so you can just imagine one's eyes... So I opted for Rudy's with inserts.
