was just thinking. that climb added something to argus that will be missed flying along the main road.. racing is about the challenge afterall, not about making route easier so we can all go sub 3.. I PERSONALLY WOULD LIKE IT TO STAY

Yes we've lost boyes, but how do you feel about the swim from Kalk Bay to Clovelly? Surely that will make up for 80m of ascent?

The trouble with Boyes was all the once-a-year cyclists smashing their gears and trying to climb in the lowest ratio! Man, did I lose time there. Two years ago there was a lovely pile-up, thankfully just behind me.
