we had competitions in those: 22 years ago.

3 and 6 hour races with single speed quads in teams of 6.

Did 24 hour endurance races twice intill it was stopped ... Tassies and beer "whasi wach ayi prhgblem...hik!"

Remember when the first teams brought in a 3 speeds, neary led to the "breakdown of civil order as we know it"

Quite a lot of design and technology went into crafting these pedal carts. I remember seeing one at Tuks that had the forerunner of "biospace" chainrings on it.
