The XCOSA race is happening at Modderfontein 13/10 - so will the normal tracks be open to riding?

If the XCOSA is taking place at Modderfontein, then I would suggest holding the S&U ride at the XCOSA's usual back yard... Fountains/Groenkloof

Fountains is very good for skills development. Those more into endurance can ride the Groenkloof side

Thought I was having a moment of stupidness there..... just checking! :whistling: They say you have more fun on the dark side???

I have just found that since I have started riding my bike as if it was a ss that my fitness levels continue to increase in leaps and bounds. One thing I did notice on Saturday was that my recovery rate has increased meaning I require less time to recover after some hard exertion (interval hill)

Fountains is GREAT for skills training - there are some good technical aspects there ! Am easy for either that or NF - I really enjoyed NF!!

Thats a great feeling when you can actually FEEL the work you put in is paying off! You are rather demonic on the climbs though! :D

Just try get your entry in asap - they tend to close before deadline due to demand! Looking forward to this one!

Also not fussy where - will need directions if modderfontein though - never been there!! Can do with both endurance AND technical so 6 of one and half dozen of the other!!!!

Sounds like me.....would prefer endurance tho....
