Mojoman Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 Trying to submit the annual returns for my company (another waste of time and money here) and it looks like their crappy program has issues at the last point of submission, a runtime error. Anyone know of another way of doing this?Accountants want to charge me R400 to do this!

HappyMartin Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 CIPC is a dysfunctional mess. Lat year they managed to deregister 1.5 million companies they deemed to be dormant. Most of those companies are active but were deregistered because CIPC never picked up there submissions.
andydude Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 I did the annual return for a CC last week, and everything done with no problems. Deposited money one day and the next it was captured on their system and I could log in and do everything in a few minutes. I can send you screenshots?
