Indeed the spacers needed to reduce travel from 120 to 100mm by adding in one and down to 80mm if you add both.

Also greater. My reba went from 100mm to 120mm.

Absolutely. My wrist thanked me endlessly for taking 150mm travel on my base ride today. The 120mm Reba on the SS is not much fun. Funnily enough, the rear suspension aids the wrist as much as the fork does.
