slowpoke Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 OK, as you all know i'm very unfit at the moment and am trying to get back on track... the past 3 weeks i had peeps to ride with but now i'm stuck this weekend - Sunday i'm gonna be in the support car with ShaunH sooooo who can train with me (max 2-3 hours) on Saturday morning - Westrand side preferably? nb it won't be fast nor can it be a tough route (or you'll be pushing me ) tjokkits - you around and ready to ride yet? anyone? help!

I start from the Builder's Warehouse on Hendrik Potgieter and will probably do Avianto route.If you are gonna be out that way I would be happy to keep you company.

Sean Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 sorry it took me so long to respond Slowpoke.. thought I'd duck from work early and miss the traffic. Yeah Right!! Will PM you my details but normally a Saturday is a lie-in for me, meaning I rarely am on the road before 6, usually 6.30 but if you want to ride earlier thats no prob. We could meet under the Christiaan de Wet bridge over hendrik Potgieter but i don;t mind riding to meet up with you if you are a ways from there.
