LHP 5 o'clock start.... out to Krugersdrift and back and then Sunninghill and back to Church Street and back to LHP all on the high way? Around a 100 - 120km ride at 30km average?

I want to do Buffels/Midmar depending on how they fit in around Abu Dhabi.......... As you can see there are way too many willing training partners in ol Bloemies..............
