Id go the revel purely on frame,silverback might have better wheelset,crank,fork.

I dont really like MEH'rida unless its their new slopestyle/am range

Make sure you get the right size.

If you are new to cycling also remember to budget for shoes, clothing, helmet etc... That can easily add R2-R3k to your total spend

 

Easy peasy extra few thousand.
