500m Cable cam

at the 94.7 there was a huge quad rotor over the start for a long time, Who knows what about it.

 

Havent seen footage taken from it, or have we?

That camera can't weigh much. Once cable is tensioned not too much load. Great idea though.

The camera is a miniscule part of the equation here. 500m worth of cable is the killer...

Agreed, but a 10kg camera is a different ballgame to a cable that needs to support a person. You seen the zip line at Sun City?
