How does this work? When I try to create a photo album I get a message "You are not allowed to create more albums".

I have a grand total of zero albums at the moment.

 

So, where/how to create these, and what is the procedure?

Select photos

On the right look for Upload

Create new album

Name it and Save

Select pics

Review and Publish

Thanks, seems like you have to create the album as public. You can change privacy settings afterwards.
