The "new" set of Mavic Ellipse Track wheels I got from them arrived with: 1) Scratches on the rims 2) Chip mark on the hub, coloured in with a permanent marker (!!!!!) 3) Buckled front wheel 4) Play in the front wheel cones. And they assure me the wheels were never used....
